Lenora Lee, Artistic Director of Lenora Lee Dance, will share her approaches to creating large-scale multimedia, immersive, and interactive dance experiences, heavily focused on her research in communities, created specifically on historic sites, in public spaces, and theaters around the country and internationally. She will perform a short solo, share video excerpts from her award-winning body of work, and discuss how her process is grounded in and deeply informed by collaborations with advocacy and community-based organizations.
